At Gelateria Franchi in Strasbourg, Cassani SRL furnished a gelato shop with a café corner: a gelato counter with a curved display and a mint-green glass edge, dark-wood cladding, a matching till counter and, at the back, niches with framed black-and-white photographs. The mint green of the glass, the dark wood and the steel of the refrigerators give the venue a distinct, recognisable identity.
