Cassani SRL delivered Madama Dorè in Sanremo as a Pastry Shop & Gelato project, combining design, custom furnishings, material selection and installation. Our process starts by understanding how the venue operates: service flow, capacity, visual identity and budget. Based in Sanremo since 1970, we support bars, restaurants, hotels, pastry shops and gelato labs across Liguria, the French Riviera and international markets. On every site we coordinate suppliers, finishes and handover with clear timelines and consistent quality.
